Recycled PVC stop to be used with Comfort and Plus Termoframe shoulders (available separately on Windowo)
Stop in recycled PVC for the formation of the stop on the subframe with a thickness of 3.5 mm and equipped with an alignment tooth for positioning along the shoulder. It is the best solution to create the support stop for the installation of windows. From a thermal point of view, it represents the best solution to replace the aluminum stop and therefore solves any condensation problem inside the node.
The addition of shockproof plasticizing elements allows to obtain a technical material with excellent impact resistance characteristics that remains good even at low temperatures and excellent resistance to chemical agents that make it unalterable in contact with mortars and cement. Produced with white PVC, which ensures reduced heat absorption when exposed to UV rays in the summer.
Attention: to avoid deformations due to direct sunlight during the summer months, it must always be fixed to the shoulder with a MS Powerflex 25 wire and with staples or screws with a distance of 10 cm.

The Teknica jamb, in combination with the Termoframe shoulders (Comfort or Plus) is used for the construction of quality thermo-mechanical subframes. Thanks to the application of the plaster holder profiles on the sides, this rebate does not need to cover the casing. For this reason the subframe becomes economically very convenient, aesthetically more beautiful in connection with the wall and more effective in waterproofing the node.
Choose from 3 available sizes:
- 45 x 3.5 mm which creates a 25 mm support stop - 3 m bars length
- 65 x 3.5 mm which creates a support stop of 45 mm - bar length 3 m
- 85 x 3.5 mm which creates a support stop of 65 mm - bar length 3 m
Advantages of the PVC window frame
- The low thickness of the stop (3.5 mm), in combination with the plaster holder profile for exteriors, allows to avoid the trimming;
- It does not deform , does not rot if it comes into contact with rain or if exposed to high humidity situations (eg new walls);
- Great speed and ease of assembly thanks to the use of pneumatically inserted nails or staples;
- Compared to aluminum stops better thermal performance that avoids the formation of condensation inside the node.
