The Syncro version based on communication between actuators through a direct connection allows instantaneous control of the force, speed and resistance of each actuator through an encoder reading of the work of the individual motors. The continuous exchange of information allows the actuators to open and close in synchronization. Syncro3 is the evolution of the first patent that provided for installation and wiring of a maximum of two motors connected directly to one another. Today the Syncro3 software allows connection of up to 8 motors directly to one another without the need for external synchronization control units.
The number of actuators to be included on the frame in Syncro3 function varies according to the dimensions, weight and type of the frame itself. For a width of more than 1200 mm the use of two motors is already recommended in order to allow correct movement and perimeter seal of the frame when closed. An additional actuator is recommended for every additional 1200 mm of width.

Kato305 have successfully passed the most demanding heat and fire resistance tests as specified by the standard EN 12101-2:2003-09, obtaining the classification of B 300 with certificate No. 13-000921 at the IFT testing institute of Rosenheim in year 2013.

It has new electronic technology based on the use of a microprocessor to control the position and manage every working phase.
The bodywork is made of die-cast aluminum and the support brackets are manufactured from zinc alloy (zamak).
It’s easy to install with quick-coupling assembly onto the support brackets, without any screws or fastening components (NEKOS patented system); another Nekos patent provides for the actuator's quick-release from the window even just for easier cleaning.
The strokes can be selected by means of dip-switches.
Electric linear actuator with double-row four-link articulated chain enclosed in an appropriate aluminum casing, suited for moving awning windows, hopper windows, dormer windows and light domes.
The device is equipped with universal swing support brackets that are quick-coupling without screws (patented).
Electronic stroke-end when opening with three strokes (200 – 300 – 500 mm), which can be selected at any time using dip-switches; stroke-end at power absorption during closing and as protection against overloading. The actuator is equipped with the Soft Stop and Relax function, and it can be connected in parallel.

In the SYNCRO version the actuator has been equipped with the new system patented by NEKOS for coordinated synchronisation of chain movement.
Electronic control of speed is completely automatic and does not require any external control station: connect the RED and WHITE cables on the feeder cable to each other.
IMPORTANT. CONNECT THE TWO WIRES (WHITE AND RED) BEFORE ANY OTHER OPERATION ON THE ACTUATORS, IF POSSIBLE WITH CHAINS COMPLETELY RETURNED TO AVOID ANY COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS BETWEEN THE TWO ACTUATORS.
Window assembly
The SYNCRO actuator is assembled when two latch points are required for particularly heavy or wide windows (1.2m to 3m) and a single actuator does not permit perfect closure of the window frame.
Note that the force exerted by the actuators individually is the same as that of a similar actuator. When two actuators are assembled the force exercised on the window is doubled. Movement of the window frame is uniform, synchronised and coordinated without interruptions and/or variations in speed for the two actuators. In the event that one of the actuators should cease function due to mechanical or electrical cause, the other will also stop function, thus guaranteeing the integrity of the window.
