Modes of payment

You can choose among different modes of payment:

If the payment is successful, confirmation will be immediate and we will receive only one receipt number from the bank.

Bank transfer

Payment by bank transfer is secure but slows down the process of managing your order.
Delivery times will start from the date of receipt of the transfer to our account (and not from the date of transmission of the order).
 

How the bank transfer takes place:

1. Complete your order by selecting the bank transfer;
2. You will receive an email of "communication of bank details" to send the payment to;
3. You have 7 working days to pay from receipt of the "bank account details" email;
4. We will wait for the actual credit to our account;
5. After 7 days the order will be canceled (you will receive a communication via e-mail);
6. We will then ship the purchased items.

Bank transfer advice:

Send proof of bank transfer after making the transfer:

• Receipt on paper or;
• Confirmation of online transfer.

The purpose of the bank transfer must include:

1. Order number;
2. Date of the order;
