BS10 is the BLINDY counterplate with wall coupling
What is the counterplate with wall coupling for? It actually has a dual use.
Mounted with the tubular towards the inside of the wall, it serves to increase the range of the wall in the event of an attempted break-in. It is in fact strongly recommended in case of a weak wall.
The second way to use it is
mounted with the iron tubing outwards in case you do not want or it is impossible to make the central hole.
In this last solution the range of the relative Blindy Bar decreases a lot because the range of the wall is missing.
However, the BS10 system is designed to provide the best possible seal even limited to the type of installation.
Technical characteristics of counterplate with wall coupling
Double use both for soft walls and in the presence of a marble shoulder (graft facing outwards).
DIMENSIONS: 90mm x 30mm with 50mm long coupling.
MATERIAL: Iron protected by cataphoresis in black color.
The Blindy counterplate increases the range!
The counterplate with wall coupling increases the range of the wall! This occurs when installed with the iron pipe facing the inside of the wall.
In this way in case of attack there will be the double seal of the iron pipe combined with that of the wall! This solution is particularly recommended in situations of soft wall.
Don't want to drill into the wall?
If you do not want to make the central hole to apply Blindy Sbarra, you can install the counterplates with the tube facing outwards. In this way it will be sufficient to drill only and exclusively the fixing holes of the counterplate to the wall.
We do not recommend this solution: BLINDY's goal is to make the shutter door (shutter) as safe as possible. But it sure is
better than nothing!
