Comaglio has designed and obtained the patent for the
new ZERØCONTRAST mechanism for automatic draft excluders, easy to install and perfectly compatible with most sliding doors.
The ZERØCONTRAST mechanism is characterized by 4 foundations:
- effectiveness guaranteed by a strong and homogeneous compression of the gasket on the floor;
- closing the door without any resistance . There is no need for a lock or any other means of restraint to keep the door closed;
- traction drive with completely invisible control block;
- simplified universal installation for application on both overlapping and concealed sliding doors, with right or left opening

The functional tests confirmed the stability and resistance of the mechanism, surpassing the ambitious goal of 300,000 door opening and closing cycles.
The 2020SLD draft excluder is undergoing certification, at the appropriate recognized institutes, for soundproofing, fire resistance, smoke resistance and cycles of use.
