Transparent double-sided tape applications
Fischer double-sided tape is suitable for fixing:
- Floor tiles;
- Solid materials in general, smooth and free of burrs or indentations;
- Metals;
- Glass, crystal and transparent plastics;
- For best results, remove paint, plaster and wallpaper residues from surfaces before applying the tape;
- The surface must be clean, degreased and dry before application.
Warning: not suitable for applications in prolonged contact with water. Continuous UV exposure of the tape could cause yellowing and loss of range.
Instructions for use Fischer double-sided transparent tape
- Clean the surfaces to be adhered;
- Apply the desired length of tape on the object to be fixed and press firmly;
- Remove the film with your fingers and place the object;
- Firmly press the object in the desired position;
- The maximum adhesive strength is reached 24 hours after application;
- The size of the adhesive strip must be proportional to the load to be supported;
- For best results, remove traces of paint, plaster or wallpaper before application;
- The maximum adhesive strength is obtained on flat surfaces;
- Touching the sticky part of the tape reduces the bonding force.
