Special hinge holder bracket in 5 mm thick steel with a load capacity of up to 100 kg per point, specifically designed for fixing the hinges of the shutters to the wall in the event that the outer coat has a thickness greater than 10 cm .

It must be fixed on the wall with 4 screws and the chemical plug following the instructions below. The hinge that screws into the bush welded on the bracket can come out up to 5 cm from the end. In this way, with a single bracket the problem of an insulation with a minimum thickness of 115 mm up to a maximum of 165 mm is solved. The hole for the hinge has a diameter of 10 mm - the thread is of the MA type.

Instructions for mounting the shutters on the outer coat

1. For correct installation of the Posaclima map holder brackets, we start by constructing a specific 4-sided shutter counter frame using, for example, the Termoframe Comfort profile;
2. Then the blind holder brackets are applied to this counter frame: thanks to the alignment tooth made on the brackets, aligning them along the edge will be very simple;
3. This shutter counter frame is then fixed directly on the wall so that the bracket falls back with respect to the finished bundle wire by about 1.5 cm.
4. This space will be used by the coat driver to insert the stirrup into the coat. (Fig.1) and after filling it with foam (Fig.2) it will rebuild the shoulder (Fig.3);
5. The wooden counter frame that we made for positioning the blind holder brackets and that we fixed to the wall will also act as insulation, eliminating the thermal bridge between the bracket and the wall.
