This product has been specially formulated for bonding non-dimensional precision elements that are highly exposed to bad weather such as gazebos, benches, tables, etc.
It has excellent filling power, is very elastic and increases little in volume. Particularly suitable for mixed gluing, as well as having a great tenacity on wood, it glues concrete and metals.
It has a very high resistance to atmospheric agents and high temperatures. Can also be used as an assembly glue in demanding situations. Attention: Tixopur F 59, compared to Purleim F 51, has a greater resistance to UV rays, is faster in drying, is transparent, increases little in volume, is easier to apply on vertical surfaces (does not run) is more elastic and tenacious .
How can it be used?
For bonding non-dimensional accuracy elements such as wood for outdoor furniture (e.g. benches, gazebos and tables).
Also suitable for bonding different materials (wood to concrete - wood to steel etc.)
The product must be extruded with the gun, spread on the surface in a thin layer and then tighten the two elements well by exerting a good pressure with the clamps.
Apply the product on only one of the two faces to be glued.
Application
With cog gun (like silicone) and then spread with a notched trowel.
