The
MH8 hand mill from Mulni in Salzburg has a heart as big as a house: a
natural granite millstone with a diameter of 220 mm .
Beautiful to look at, pleasant to touch, this grinder works just like the old coffee grinders. Just pour the cereal into the funnel, turn and open the drawer.
Do you think it's too big? Then we recommend a smaller millstone, such as
Carina which has a 75mm diameter millstone.
Elegance and practicality with the container drawer
This is the only millstone of the Salzburg Mills equipped with a
removable wooden drawer . We recommend it to those who love order and cleanliness.

Adjustment from fine grind to coarse grind
The MH8 grain mill also replaces a flaker and easily produces coarsely ground grains for a healthy muesli breakfast.
With the adjustment wheel it is possible to adjust the degree of fineness of the grinder , from very fine flour to coarsely ground grain.
The fineness can also be changed during the grinding phase.

1) Austrian beech wood for the structure
The wood is treated on the outside exclusively with high-quality organic beeswax oil. Wood, unlike plastic materials, has an antistatic and antibacterial effect.
2) Natural granite for the millstone
Granite is a pure, long-lasting and self-polishing stone. Each pair of stones is unique. The granite millstones can grind any pebbles in the cereals and thus protect the teeth.
Tested materials
Each mill is patented (without exceptions) regarding the operation of the grinding. The mill is only sold if the fineness of the flour meets the strict regulations of the workshop.
