With its special formulation, Universal Torggler neutral silicone can also be used on
marble and natural stone surfaces , as it avoids the formation of halos caused by the organic plasticizers contained in conventional silicone sealants.

exceptional resistance to UV rays , atmospheric agents and aging, to the excellent adhesive characteristics as well as to the
high elasticity , it is also suitable for use in the field of windows and doors, and as a sealant for the perimeter joint between the window frame. and wall, both for sealing the joint between glass and window frame.

Instructions for use silicone Universal Torggler
- The sides of the joint must be clean, degreased and dry. With porous substrates it is recommended to treat in advance with Primer Silicon. Deep expansion joints must be suitably plugged with suitable preforms, such as the Torggler tamponade cord.
- Stretch an adhesive tape along the sides of the joint.
- Insert the cartridge into the special gun, open it, screw the nozzle and cut the tip in order to obtain a sufficient opening.
- Inject plenty of sealant.
- Smooth with a damp spatula within 5 minutes of application
- exerting a certain pressure in order to eliminate the air pockets.
- Remove the adhesive tape immediately after smoothing.
Remarks on silicone:
- Universal Torggler is not suitable for structural bonding;
- Universal Torggler does not adhere to Teflon, polyethylene and polypropylene, as well as to damp substrates;
- Universal Torggler cannot be painted over.
