12x40 mm galvanized steel tubular reinforcement for Klima Pro thermal window frames . All the profiles of the Klima Pro counter frame are designed with internal chambers that allow the possible insertion of a reinforcement to increase rigidity.
Given the strength and configuration of the profile, the reinforcement is not necessary for counterframes with measures up to heights of 240 cm and widths of 120 cm but can instead become useful for larger measures. The steel reinforcement represents
the safest and most economical solution to guarantee the necessary rigidity to the Klima Pro counter frame in large openings.
The reinforcement can also be used for the recovery of the scraps of the subframe, inserting it in the central slot for a length of at least 20 cm per side. The reinforcement must then be locked with 2 self-drilling screws for steel, 3.5x16 mm so that it does not move. It will then be necessary to put a clamp to wall on each piece so that it is solidly fixed to the wall.
