Fischer PU 1K / PUP 1K - Universal Multipurpose Polyurethane Foam

• Universal and multipurpose foam;
• For manual or pistol use (select the variant you prefer);
• Pack of 500 ml or 750 ml (depending on the variant chosen).

Advantages Fischer PU 1K / PUP 1K foams

• Adequate post-expansion or shrinkage after hardening;
• Good insulation property;
• Good resistance to chemicals;
• The hardened foam can be processed (sawn, cut, filed), then painted and / or plastered;
• It does not contain CFCs and H-CFCs.

• Concrete;
• Anodized elements;
• Masonry;
• Metals;
• Wood;
• Plasterboard sheets;
• Plastics (not on PE, PP, Teflon, silicone);
• Stone;
• Insulation and filling in roofing and dry construction;
• Insulation and filling of finishing elements, connections between walls, wall crossings and cavities;
• Insulation and filling of pipe crossings and ventilation ducts.

Fischer 1K polyurethane foam assembly

• The surfaces must be clean and free from oil, grease or dust;
• Shake the bottle for at least 20 seconds before use and screw the dispenser spout (PU 1K) or the fischer PUPN 1 or PUPM 3 (PUP 1K) dispenser onto the valve;
• Moisten the surfaces with a water spray before application;
• Apply the foam from the bottom up. Fill the cavities by 50 ÷ 60%, the foam will expand and occupy the remaining volume;
• Shake the can regularly during application. In case of multi-layer applications, moisten each layer;
• Clean tools and uncured product with fischer PUR cleaner or acetone. The hardened product can only be removed mechanically;
• Protect from UV exposure.
