Termoframe Flex PosaClima, or more simply
T-Flex, is an
8 mm micro lamellar profile specially designed for the realization of the upper crosspiece in arched counterframes. Even very accentuated curves can be produced up to radii of less than 15 cm.
T-Flex is one of the elements that complete the Termoframe system making it suitable for any construction need.

Termoframe Flex PosaClima: How does it work?
T-Flex has been designed to be used in the construction of high thermal efficiency arched counterframes for the installation of modern windows. It can be used for “L” shaped counterframes used in rebated installation, or for the construction of flat counterframes for installation in the opening.
Advantages of the thermal break counter frame for windows
- Shoulder in microlamellar mm. 8 which must be used or glued on top of each other to create the necessary thickness (at least the same as the shoulders is recommended);
- Cold bendable, with radii reduced up to cm. 15 without the need for hot or wet treatments;
- Self-supporting structure eliminates the need for a special substructure with skeleton function;
- It does not require special installation equipment or processing experience;
- The edge that is not protected by the stop is treated with a sealing and filling resin to avoid deformations due to the absorption of humidity on the edge (the most delicate part);
- The formaldehyde content is in E1 as per the current EN 120 standard, the bonding is in class 2;
- During the construction phase , the curvature must be consolidated through the construction of the stop.
