The solvent for polyurethane foam consists of a mixture of solvents and polymers and a propellant based on denatured, odorless and non-toxic hydrocarbons.
This Torggler foam solvent comes as a clear liquid that can quickly dissolve fresh polyurethane foam. Does not dissolve hardened foam.

Quick removal of unhardened polyurethane foam from any surface that may be soiled.
Professional cleaning of the foam dispensing guns, immediately after extrusion. Solvent for polyurethane foam does not dissolve the hardened foam even after prolonged action: in this case the removal can only be done mechanically with a spatula or sandpaper.

Warning! Solvent for polyurethane foam can dissolve or discolour the surfaces on which it is applied (paint, color, synthetic materials, fabrics, etc.) therefore, before use, always make a test in a hidden point to ensure that the base is not damaged.
Instructions for applying the gun solvent
- To clean the polyurethane foam extrusion gun , screw the cylinder, without forcing it, into the special circular threaded coupling;
- Press the trigger to release the foam residues from the inside of the gun;
- As soon as the solvent comes out, release the trigger and wait 1 or 2 minutes so that the solvent can dissolve the residues inside the gun;
- Then, by pressing the trigger, drain into a suitable container until pure solvent comes out;
- If necessary, repeat the operation 2 or 3 times;
- Unscrew the cylinder of the gun which will be ready for a new use when clean;
- If the gun is not immediately reused, close the rear valve;
- To remove the foam from possibly soiled surfaces, fit the special spray dispenser button on the cylinder valve and press;
- If necessary, repeat the solvent application several times and use absorbent paper.
